b78ca6e981 Add missing variables for content customization 
This introduces 2 variables to customize some parts of the "content":
  * `$content-block-margin-bottom`: To customize bottom margin of "block" elements (especially tables in our case)
  * `$content-table-body-last-row-cell-border-bottom-width`: To customize the size of the bottom border of the body last row cells

98090feaf8 Update generic.sass 
In the latest version of Firefox, the `font-family` is respected for `option`s in a `select`, but not for `option`s in an `optgroup` is a `select`.  This fixes that.

3710f648af Fix indeterminate progress styling in IE11 
IE11 (and possibly Edge?) adds an extra pseudo element with their own animation styling, this change removes that animation.
