0b799e1611 Add helpful tip to docs 
I was thinking if someone wasn't aware that you could also use `<button type="submit"></button>` instead of `<input type="submit">` that this could save them some time (and possibly prevent them abandoning the idea of using this lovely animated loading button)

In all other documentation -> column documents there is the source code clearly written, so I missed it in the nested documentation and brought it in. Please verify and thanks for merge 👍

fe32acbe75 bulma-start better 'getting started' (#2147) 
* bulma-start best getting started

Instructions are confused because `bulma-start` it's not an extension or component – it's a template. This way, using `npm` and copying files from `node_modules` is NOT intuitive.
`git clone` gives a better understanding of how to get started.

fe77f0b2ee Webpack instructions - Update to fix missing semicolon 
added in a missing semicolon that breaks imports when using sass-loader with webpack if the code is copied directly into a .SCSS file.

544db84ea9 add Accessibility section for Bootstrap 
It looks like Bulma's accessibility profile is very slowly improving but will never (unless given infinite timeline) match that of Bootstrap’s. For those of us that are legally required to meet a11y guidelines (US Government/Education), this is an important point that should be highlighted.

3bf01fe314 Match multiple-breakpoint-example to the code 
The example code that a user copies doesn't match the code that runs in the browser. This is confusing for new users and fails to demonstrate the actual library.

69745cfda5 Fixed docs when Vimeo fails to load 
All javascript breaks if Vimeo fails to load or is blocked. Checking for `Vimeo` before accessing it should fix it. This can easily be reproduced using [uMatrix](https://github.com/gorhill/uMatrix).
