- Don't hide shadow during drag/resize in IE6 (let the user do this one their own).

- when dragging a handle, the position of the relative click is respected (fixes #3972)
- when dragging two range handles to 0, the slider was broken because the nearest handle would always be the first. Implemented a workaround. (fixes #3736)

- refactored intersection code (no change in logic)
- added forceHelperSize option (default: false), a forced helper size is also triggered when the generated helper doesn't have any styles set for width/height, so this option won't be needed in most cases

Fixed appending background text element.
Added $.ui.progressbar.uuid; used for identifier instead of timestamp + random number.
Fixed updating of text to also update the background text.
