Slider: Fixed animation to respond to keypress as well as mouse click, animation still does not occur at init or during mouse drag slide, both by design. Animation now occurs, if animate is on, when using the value method, but not when using the value option. This allows for animated and non-animated programmatic setting of values without changing the animate option.

accordion: remove deprecated alwaysOpen option (collapsible was introduced in last stable release); fixed collapsible-false accordion in combination with activate method (with fasly-argument to close all); changed activate-option default to 0 (which was the "computed" default anyway); lots of fixes for the testsuite, while removing some of the "missing" tests: header accepts only a selector (updated spec to make that more clear), while testing animations in unit tests is rather pointless

datepicker: Fixes regression in #3232 [datepicker position problem in IE 6/7]: added back functionality to detect whether the datepicker displays outside a viewpoint. Additionally if the viewpoint is too small to fit the datepicker it will show in its usual position regardless. I have also added a visual test case for this.

- refactored intersection code (no change in logic)

core: this fixes the Safari issue that select options can't be selected if the mouse widget is used, since the mousedown returns false which calls preventDefault. Returning true causes text to be selectable in FF/Opera though, so this needs to be Safari only for now.

Enhancements include:
- removal of all hardcoded styling for better theming capability
- visual test page made more appealing supporting browser zooming
- added utility functions to disable, enable and destroy ui.spinner
- up/down buttons listens to more mouse and keyboard events
- support for decimal and currency format
- ui.spinner now restricts input on keydown
- cleanup occurs when the input textbox loses focus. this seems to be a better approach for future scalability

draggable: implemented more advanced features for the snap option - you can now pass in a object instead of a bolean into "snap", possible keys are the callbacks snap/release (which both receive ui.snapItem) and items (jQuery selector, defaults to :data(draggable))

2d6b7469cb
sortable: connecting draggables to a sortable and dropping them on the sortable now also triggers a "receive" event, where the sender will be the original draggable. Moving out of the sortable while dragging a connected draggable will not trigger the stop/update events anymore.

sortable: implemented advanced placeholder functionality - the placeholder option can now accept a object with two callbacks "element" and "update", where element has to return a valid element (like helper option) and update is called after every update, so recalculating the offset and width/height should happen there.
