jaubourg	981d1e08eb	Removed re-usability from jXHR object (no more open, send & onreadystatechange support). Streamlined the implementation and put it back into ajax.js (removed xhr.js in the process). Went back to a more simple & direct approach to options handling (keeping much room to further minification-related optimizations). Code is cleaner, smaller & faster. Alex Sexton	faabb2c318	Changed the expando string to use a random number instead of the time, so collisions become less likely. Also added jQuery version to instantly differentiate separate versions of jQuery (a common use case for noConflict, etc, when two jQuery instances are on the page).
