From 37ea6ae1874dce2ecd4aa3a5b0edc89f7da29337 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Nicolas Gallagher Date: Fri, 24 Jan 2014 21:59:28 -0800 Subject: [PATCH] Fix vertical alignment of `progress` Chrome, Firefox, and Opera set `vertical-align: -0.2em`. The browser implementations aren't great. They scale badly with font size and when the height of the element is changed. Aligning them to the baseline, as IE does, helps make their alignment consistent with other similar elements. --- normalize.css | 6 ++++-- 1 file changed, 4 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/normalize.css b/normalize.css index 955481d..a7a42e7 100644 --- a/normalize.css +++ b/normalize.css @@ -24,14 +24,16 @@ summary { } /** - * Correct `inline-block` display not defined in IE 8/9. + * 1.
