67d49f593b Overhaul tooltip implementation. Avoid queuing and other problems by 
creating the tooltip element on the fly, never reusing it.
Use aria-describedby attribute to find the associated tooltip again.
Allows customizing animations much easier (just replace fadeIn/fadeOut),
still open.
Updated demos and visual test to replace now-missing .widget() method.
Added tooltipClass for that.

jQuery stores the current content of a field whenever it gets the focus. Since the fixed function is also called for KeyUp events the change event is not triggered anymore when the input looses focus.

001a22a9d6 Buttonset: Use :data(button) instead of .ui-button to find buttons that have already been instantiated. This prevents us from finding elements that are proxying buttons, e.g., a radio's label. 
Fixes #5242 - radio buttonset with icons does not maintain state.

1402650134 Autocomplete: Fixed a few places that got missed during the change to always keep the menu element around. 
Fixes a bug where opening the menu using the arrow keys would cycle through the options, but not show the menu. There's now a bug where you have to arrow too many times to get into the menu when showing the menu by using the arrow keys.
