5d6a1424aa jQuery 1.7 event work: 
Add .on() and .off() methods.
Write existing methods in terms of on/off.
Rewrite delegated handling to remove "live" event.

1878885fb7 Animation state is tracked on toggled/stopped animations using the private data cache. Fixes #8685. See full commit message for more. Fixes #6641.
