c046bde701 Remove dependency on IDs in Systems and Entities. 
This allows Systems to be reused in multiple worlds.
Fix a few bugs.

b98cd5a14d Rename World:free to World:remove. 
Fix World:free bug.
Add __tostring method for Aspect and System.
Add a few more tests.
Add more comments.
Give systems ids.
Change injected "_id" field in Entities to
"id" field.
